Earlier, she argued that her son did not remember anything from the day of the death of a teenager from Mława. We asked a specialist in criminal law, Mariusz Paplaczyk, who defended in many loud criminal matters, whether it looks like a defense line or Bartosz G. He can really not remember two important and dramatic events from his life, which, however, divided several weeks.

If Bartosz G. maintains that he does not remember these events, then the court will certainly appoint expert psychologists who will assess whether we are dealing with his line of defense or injuries that he suffered or stress may result in loss of short -term memory or amnesia. They will determine what the truth is

He adds that every suspect or the accused has the right to refuse to explain. There is also no obligation to prove your innocence. – However, he often loses in such proceedings because he does not present an alternative version of events and this prosecutor’s prosecutor is considered the right one – explains the lawyer.
Investigators say that evidence against Bartosz G. is strong. This is also indicated by the fact of how quickly he was detained.

16-year-old Maja from Mława disappeared at the end of April. A few days later a macabre discovery was made in the thickets. The corpse of a teenager was found. They were massacred. The police quickly determined that Bartosz G. was suspected, a year older girl. The 17-year-old was detained in Greece, where he managed to go for a school exchange. From the beginning, he protests against extradition to Poland, claiming that he will not be safe here and cannot count on a fair trial. He even threatened with suicide in the event of consent to publish it to Poland. He realized threats. He was hospitalized in a critical condition. But after a week he left the facility. His Greek defender appealed against the extradition decision. It has not yet been considered.
