Bacic Tomasevic: will receive you consent of the GUP when you are aligned with the Croatian regulations
Vice President of the Government and Minister of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property Branko Bacic on Tuesday said that the City of Zagreb will receive consent for the general urban plan (GUP) when alternating and supplements are aligned with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
« I reject the thesis on the benefit of anyone. The Ministry wants the GUP to be in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and in the interest of citizens. When the City of Zagreb aligns and supplement the GUP with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia, then we will give consent, » Bacic said.
Bacic responded to Zagreb Mayor Tomislav Tomasevic that the competent ministry did not provide any answers why it did not give consent to the GUP or specifically said that the GUP was not aligned with the Law on Physical Planning and Construction, and asking if Minister Bacic on Anto Nobil thinks that they cannot stop the citizens.
« We are not attached to any deadlines and we do not undergo any pressure, » added Bacic, who is on an official visit to Zadar County today.
With Benkovac Mayor Tomislav Bulic, Minister Bacic held a working meeting on projects that the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property works in the area of that city.
« These are projects worth 4.5 million euros, consisting of the construction of an apartment building with 20 apartments and energy renovation of five residential buildings that are in poor condition. We have signed a contract for the renovation of the public intensity building, which includes the Tax Administration and the Branch Office of the Croatian Health Insurance Institute, » said Minister Branko Bacic.
In the area of the City of Benkovac, he pointed out, a total of 13 residential buildings will be rebuilt, but also to build one new.
After Benkovac, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Branko Bacic will attend Zadar as an envoy of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia with a solemn session of the County Assembly of Zadar County.
In the afternoon, in Obrovac, they will visit the construction site of a multi -residential building under the program of interrelationial cooperation.
