Azimut Hotels crossed the Azimut Hotels Sanatorium in the Krasnodar Territory
Control over the Prometheus recreation complex in the Krasnodar Territory belonging to ALROSA (MOOEX: Alrs), received by the Azimut Hotels network, Alexander Klyachin, who previously managed. The market value of the object is about 2 billion rubles. Production corporations sell health resorts, considering them as a non -core asset in management. But on their balance sheet is still about a quarter of the Russian sanatorium-resort fund.
Contributed to Alexander Klyachin Kapital Rus LLC, at the end of April 2025, received a 100% share in the LLC “Improvement complex Prometheus”, follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The company owns the sanatorium of the same name in the village of Nebug of the Krasnodar Territory. According to the USRN, two real estate objects are located on the balance of Prometheus. Azimut Hotels refused comments.
LLC « Health Complex » Prometheus « is registered in 2018. Until January 2024, Alrosa was controlled – the world’s largest producer of diamonds. In January 2024, the structure was transferred to Mil Time LLC, which is controlled by the little-known entrepreneurs Nargiz Tamaeva and Natalia Kryukanova. It was not possible to contact them promptly. They refused to comment in Alrosa. But the Kommersant source in the market explained that Prometheus is no longer on the balance sheet of the company.
Azimut Hotels – one of the largest hotel operators in Russia, has existed since 2006. Now, under his administration, 70 hotels and sanatoriums with a total fund of more than 12 thousand numbers.
The Prometheus sanatorium was built in the 1980s near Tuapse, occupies 11.3 hectares. In total, according to NF Group partner Olga Shirokova, there are 263 rooms of the two or three stars category. According to the SPARK, Prometheus revenue in 2024 amounted to 414.4 million rubles, decreasing by 0.6% a year by the year. Net profit increased 2.5 times, to 42.8 million rubles. The founder of Ivashkevich Hospitality Stanislav Ivashkevich believes that the market value of Prometheus is about 2 billion rubles. Such objects, according to him,, as a rule, are acquired with the calculation of demolition and subsequent development of the territory.
Media Danilov, medical director of the health and corporate health Association and Corporate Health, believes that at least a quarter of the sanatorium-resort industry operating in Russia are on the balance sheet of large enterprises. Marina Usenko calls them the sale of such objects by the CMWP partner, which has formed in the past few years. Production corporations consider health resorts as a non -core asset.

Mrs. Usenko calls the largest deal in the segment by the sale of Railways OJSC Azimut Hotels portfolio “Russian Railways”, consisting of 19 health resorts. Although after this transaction the state corporation has 65 sanatoriums. Gazprom in 2024 began the implementation of hotels near Moscow, including Imperial Park-Hotel & SPA. The winner of the auction on its sale was Kiryaki Savvidi LLC Kiryaki LLC. In 2025, the sale of Gazprom hotels will continue, Ms. Usenko believes.
Mikhail Danilov notes that large companies implement multidirectional strategies. For example, Sibur and Fosagro are aimed at renovation and restart of objects, he says. For corporations, the sanatorium is often complicated in the management of the asset: in such objects, the load is often formed due to internal demand, which leads to loss of efficiency and can be the reason for a decrease in the quality of services, Mr. Danilov argues. “At the same time, corporations are facing the task of providing employees with sanatorium-resort treatment,” he states.
Large hotel operators, according to Mr. Danilov, strive to increase the sanatorium portfolio due to stable demand and for the purpose of diversification of the business. Olga Shirokova notes a growing interest in healing rest, connecting him with fashion on a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition. Igor Kokorev, operating director of the Strategic Consulting Department of Strategic Consulting, notes that sanatoriums are considered difficult for hoteliers by segment due to personnel qualification requirements. But from each client, the health resorts can earn more, he says.
