In the background, meanwhile, Verstappen tried in vain to keep in touch with the best – according to the radio, he complained to his team that his race car was ineffective and that the brakes were overheated.

In the last part of the race, a safety car was taken care of for some enhancement, which drove to the track so that they could pick up parts of the racing cars. Most of the racers used this period for the second stop in boxing, and after the continuation, Piatras easily retained the lead, while Norris beat Leclerc and Hamilton and enjoyed the lowest podium.
