The artist of Sonja Kostić was born in 1966. in Belgrade. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Painting Department, in the class of Professor Momcilo Antonović, and she has a master’s degree in FLU in the same professor.

Back in 1993. Sonja Kostic became a member of ULUS. She participated during her career at more than 60 collective exhibitions in the country and abroad. It was presented independently in Belgrade (Cinema Rex, SKC, KCB, Library of the City of Belgrade, Salon Msu Belgrade, Manakova, Flu, Zvono, Negotin, Subotica, Paris, Toronto.

The part of Sonja Kostić is in collections of the Ministry of Culture, the Danube Insurance, Modern Gallery in Gornji Milanovac, Metropolis in Belgrade and Galerie Projecta Brussels in Belgium. They are also kept in private collections in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, USA and Canada.
