Detention in Chojnice
Yesterday around 18:00, a joint police and city guard patrol noticed a cyclist who, at the sight of them, covered his face with a hood and changed the direction of driving. The uniforms decided to identify him. During the inspection, the man was clearly nervous.
Drugs in a sachet
During the search, the officers found drugs in the man’s sachet. Preliminary tests showed that it was methamphetamine and marijuana. The total weight of protected substances was nearly 40 grams.
Legal consequences
The man was detained and spent the night in a police cell. Probably today the 24-year-old will hear charges. He faces a penalty of up to 3 years imprisonment for having drugs.
