At the celebration, both education and prayer

The young Klaipeda residents, along with their parents, as well as shooters, priests and group leaders, participated in the celebration.

According to one organizers, Catechist Reda, this year, about 300 people gathered.

The festival was organized by the Klaipėda Religious Teachers’ Steering Group together with the Center for Education Education, the Order of the Little Brothers Klaipeda St. Franciscan Assisi Monastery and Klaipeda St. Casimir Parish.

According to Reda, the idea of ​​the initiative was eaten eight years ago by the port city religion teachers.

« Because we are close to nature, the Spirit of Francis, we decided to touch the forest a little and since the Religious Teachers’ Prayer, there were classes and groups. For several years we have been gathering on the Summer Stage. They came to mind how they felt, then we all went to the forest and brought their prayer requests to the church.

The hike began with the summer stage and was on the forest to St. Church of Francis of Assisi.

The route of the hike is about four kilometers. It was possible to participate in all those who wanted to.

Volunteers are said to be invaluable. They help children throughout the celebration in education, hike, care for children, knowledge or help.

The celebration « Children of Hope » is considered to be organized in the future.
