At marijuana march, supporters of cannabis legalization gathered

The organizers warned before the event that it had been a while since last year’s consultative referendum on cannabis, but despite the clear will of the people, the legislation remains unchanged.
The organizers of the event warned that the mandate of the current coalition is expiring, so it is crucial and thoughtful action. « We need to provide changes that are suitable for today and society and will offer solutions for problems generated in recent decades due to prohibition, » they wrote in a press release.

According to information, the legal solutions for personal use of cannabis are in preparation, and coalition coordination will be held next week.
« Whether you are followers of the right, the left or none of these, the fact remains: any arrangement of cannabis will be better than the existing prohibition, which is more reminiscent of the Middle Ages than the 21th century, » the organizers are convinced.

Marijuana Marsh points to social, economic and health problems that result from the prohibition of cannabis as the dominant form of regulation in the field of illicit drugs. The rally is intended to educate, inform and protest against harmful cannabis policies, organizers say.
This year’s marijuana march runs from 14 to 10:00 pm, and the Vice -President of the Freedom Movement and the Member of Parliament spoke on it Sara Žibratfounder and director of an international business conference on cannabis Alex Rogers and the leader of the Marijuana Marijan political rally Matej Svetina.

The event was also attended by the Ved Party of Slovenia, where they support the marijuana march. “The Greens of Slovenia has long been pointing to the inefficiency of current legislation and the adverse effects of prohibition. We support the legalization and regulation of cannabis, which must be based on scientific findings, protection of health and human rights, « the party wrote in a press release.

According to the organizers, thousands of supporters gathered at last year’s marijuana marijuana, which, according to them, clearly indicates increasing support for cannabis legalization, greater public interest and active protest of advocates.
