A land estimate was made larger and is beyond home, and its price is reduced from the initial 15 euros per square meter to 9.1 euros because it has no access, infrastructure and is located on Kosina. But part of the land of 82 m2 is above it and it has a narrow access from the road.

Kekini also pay a geodetic study by which part of the land in the co -ownership of Buje is distinguished to form a unique land. The decision on the sale of these two lands, but also seven others, is made by the Mayor of Vižintini on June 27, 2018, and the interested parties could apply from June 29 to July 9.
