The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the simplification of the procedure of production and purchase of explosives and their components for ammunition production.
About it reports The press service of the Ministry of Strategic Industry.
It is noted that the accepted changes have improved and simplified the procedure for importing explosives, the means of initiating them, products and devices containing explosives for producers that do not have current state contracts.
The ministry explained how a simplified procedure will act.
The enterprise planning to import goods must be included in the electronic selection register and state contracts. The first step is to submit an application to the Ministry of Stratege. It should contain the following information:

the full and abbreviated name of the manufacturer, the code according to the EDRPOU, its location;

the name of the explosive material and the explosive, the code according to UKTZED;
-
the amount of explosive material and the explosive to be imported;
-
supplier information (full and abbreviated name of a legal entity, country of registration, location).
The employees of the ministry within five days after the application receives whether the enterprise meets the objectives of the experimental project and whether it is indeed included in the register.
In the case of a positive conclusion, the Ministry of Strategprus provides confirmation of export control of Ukraine in the State Service of Ukraine, which provides or refuses to grant a single permission for the right of import of goods to the enterprise.
