Artificial intelligence will control hydrogen production. Revolutionary prototype will increase efficiency
Hydrogen potential is used in industry and energy. “Hydrogen need not only us but Europe and the whole world. It will help to bridge the problems of the climatic crisis and the energy non -seasons of Europe, ”said Pavel Srbecký, the second startup founder.
Green hydrogen is obtained by means of a current from renewable energy that cleaves oxygen and hydrogen. Its production is problematic due to the variability of solar and wind energy. « We are trying to create a device that will generate hydrogen with maximum efficiency and power of materials in electrolytic bundles, » outlined Drnec, who has been devoted to hydrogen research for twenty years.
With artificial intelligence, the developed generator will be able to respond to a variable power consumption from solar and wind energy while facilitating maintenance. « During the operation of the machine, artificial intelligence will learn to work more efficiently, » Drnec noted as a developer of the artificial intelligence program used in the generator.
The generator will be able to produce more hydrogen on a kilowatt consumed energy to increase overall efficiency. Evenly burdened components will be able to exchange when they are running, extending its lifetime by up to five times over the current competition. « We try to use the materials to the maximum, » Drnec explained.
The new Nano Advanced technology will efficiently use electricity made from renewable sources at the moment of its excess production, that is, when the sun is blowing or shining a lot. « Our goal is to create a technology that maximizes performance with minimal environmental impact, » Srbecky said.
In addition to flexibility thanks to the use of artificial intelligence and efficient work with components, it also promises decentralized hydrogen production. The generator is placed in a container that allows easier movements. A solar or wind power plant is joined. « It's not for households, but for medium -sized businesses, » Drnec said. The energy from the hydrogen will be intended especially for companies, carriers or cities.
Startup plans that the development and production of components will remain local. « We want it to be a Czech product, » Drnec said. Therefore, as many components as possible will be produced in the Czech Republic.
In a year and a half, Nano Advanced should launch its product. Meanwhile, it is a laboratory prototype. The project was also supported by MND, which bought a 60 % share of the starting company last year. “We have been dealing with the issue of green hydrogen for a long time. We believe that hydrogen technologies will be part of the energy mix of the future, ”said Energy Director Jana Hamršmídová.
