Arrested in Salamanca a fugitive from justice with six orders of entry into prison since 2020 | Spain

The National Police has arrested In Salamanca to a 36 -year -old who had almost a five years dodging judicial orders – he is accumulated – who weigh against him and who entail entry into prison. The official statement indicates that the police action occurred on the streets of the Salamanca neighborhood of Pizarraral, where around four in the morning they saw a male walking and carrying a scooter. The patrol recognized the man as the subject on which they hung several judicial requests for arrest and penitentiary income.

The one involved, being aware of the nearby police presence, was mounted on the scooter and tried to flee and hide from the agents. These began a chase along with other colleagues, urging the man to get off the vehicle and submitted to the authorities. The offender continued in his efforts until they finally managed to reach him and reduce it on a nearby street, where the fugitive lent « great resistance » and assaulted the police, as the press release stands out. There he was arrested and the scooter was removed as he was not proven that the article was his property, in addition to removing a white weapon that had been hidden among his clothes.

The police confirmed that there were six orders from various courts where they were urged to enter prison for various crimes committed and up to eight « judicial requirements for detention and presentation. » The newly arrested was taken to the police station to execute the preceptive documentary work before deriving it to a Court of Instruction of the Guard of Salamanca, where the judge determined his entry into jail. The escape history of this individual began in 2020, when he eluded the first mandate of deprivation of liberty as a condemnation for his irregularities committed. From then on, more requirements were accumulated, especially since in 2023 another four were applied and another one was added last April. Likewise, the subject accumulated “eight detention and personation requirements interested in different courts”, all but one of the city of Salamanca and the remaining in another province.
