Arrested him for threatening a cop and found an ammo and revealed that he was chasing graffiti across Sibenik
Police officers of the Criminal Police Department, General Crime Department in cooperation with police officers of the Šibenik Police Station conducted a criminal investigation into a 22-year-old on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of threat, lack of possession, production and procurement of weapons and explosives and nine damage to someone else’s property.
He suspects that on April 28, in Sibenik on Faust Vrancic Street, during police proceedings, he insulted and belittled police officers, and, after being arrested and brought to official police premises, threatened to kill a police officer.
As part of the survey, on the basis of a warrant of the Šibenik County Court, on April 29, in Sibenik, they searched the home and other rooms used by the suspect. He found and seized a 7.9mm caliber ammunition, one 7.62 mm ammunition ammunition and one 12 mm cartoon cartridge.
They also suspect that on April 24 in Sibenik, he committed a total of nine criminal offenses of damage to someone else’s belongings by printing graffiti inappropriate content at nine different locations.
After the criminal investigation was completed, the suspect, with a criminal complaint to the competent State Attorney’s Office in Šibenik, handed over to the detention supervisor, while he would file an indictment against him for offenses under the Act of Public Order and Peace and the Law on Procurement and Possession of the Purchase of Citizens.
