Ardian and Finint infrastructure hold on the purchase of Save, the group that manages the airports of Venice, Verona, Treviso and a share in the Charleroi airport in Belgium. The structure of the deal

To sell are the infravia and DWS funds that today hold 88% and which should collect a sum between 1 and 1.2 billion. The figure would be equally divided between Finint and Ardian. The numbers of the Save group

The two potential future joint shareholders of Save would have already defined a governance structure. The plans for the future

If the operation between Finint and Ardian on the one hand and DWS and infravia on the other will go to the port, a new expansion phase could open for the group, in Italy and abroad. Save could, for example, take part in the race for the majority of the airports of Catania and Comiso, also awaited in the summer.
