Ardian and Finint are exclusively dealing with the purchase of the Airports of Venice and Verona: deal from over one billion

Ardian and Finint infrastructure hold on the purchase of Save, the group that manages the airports of Venice, Verona, Treviso and a share in the Charleroi airport in Belgium. A few days ago, according to rumors, the French fund and the Enrico Marchi SGR have made an exclusive agreement for the joint acquisition (50 and 50) of million, the holding company that controls Save.
The structure of the deal
To sell are the infravia and DWS funds that today hold 88% and which should collect a sum between 1 and 1.2 billion. The figure would be equally divided between Finint and Ardian. The numbers of the Save group
The two potential future joint shareholders of Save would have already defined a governance structure.
