The head of the Court of Instruction number 3 of León, Beatriz Serrano, has issued a providence confirming the provisional dismissal of open investigation on the alleged existence of irregular expenses in justice for the Civil Guard (Jucil, the majority association among the agents of the Armed Institute). The providence of the judge, dated May 19 and known on Wednesday, considers that expenses under suspicion – the complaint cited just over 500 euros on a trip to Seville or the payment of 20 euros in a jewelry store, among others – “were duly justified by the corresponding accrediting documentation and that the incidents detected were corrected, restoring any amount that, by mistake, could have been badly imputed.” In her resolution, the magistrate also emphasizes that those amounts under suspicion were « subject to examination and approved through the corresponding ordinary general assemblies of partners, in which part of the complainants themselves were present without expressing any objection to the approval of the accounts or the justification of the expenses presented. » Providence is not firm and admits resource.
