ANPC has laid eyes on tickets from Metallica concert

The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) has so far registered 108 complaints targeting a series of irregularities recorded when purchasing tickets for the Metallica concert on May 2026, which will take place at the National Arena in Bucharest.

According to the information transmitted on Friday by ANPC, the complaints concerned in principle the application by which tickets were purchased, which was non -functional at certain times and offered different prices for the same kind of ticket, the sale of lower category tagged tickets, as well as the creation of automatic virtual tail for the purchase of tickets, etc.

« We inform the fact that until this moment a number of 108 complaints have been registered and continue to enter, regarding the Metallica concert on May 2026, which will take place on the National Arena, for the tickets purchased online from iabilet.ro. In principle the following are claimed: although they had a pre-Sale for 28.05.2025, only the tickets have not been, upwards; samsarii that intermediates the purchase of tickets; ensemble ”, says ANPC.

Last but not least, complaints have also targeted situations on automatic virtual tail creation by the system for purchasing tickets that a
generated a number of order and subsequently of non -enabling that number, the petitioner receiving the message that the numbers have already been used.

The ANPC president has announced that he has had checks.
