Another danger to power has been discovered
Nicknamed the Dac’s flag, Cezar Cătălin Avămuță with his huge tricolor is a regular of the protests against different abuses. In the weather, it has become a kind of brand of dissatisfaction. For at least two decades, his « program » has been to raise the tricolor in the middle of the protesters. It has even become a symbol and marked with its presence dozens and dozens of events in the capital and in the country. He usually wears a white shirt and always waves a huge tricolor flag fastened on a thin, arched fry.
After December 6, 2024, since the campaign of intimidation, arrest and fleeing of Călin Georgescu’s supporters began, the « Dac’s flag » was also passed on the list of dangers for public order. For the annals of this period and for an image of the police treatment applied to those who protested after the annulment of the presidential elections it is worth remembering the police release:
« On 31.03.2025, around 12.00, a man, known in the public space for his frequent participation in various protest meetings, presented in front of the headquarters of the independent preventive detention and arrest to manifest dissatisfaction with the preventive arrest measure of another person. In the courtyard of the headquarters of the central arrest, public order measures were established to prevent another similar action that could have affected the good performance of the mentioned institution ”.
In order not to doubt the dangerous character of the man with tricolor flag, the police said:
« When the man in question tried to approach the fence and access area of the institution, he restricted the travel, at which point he became recalcitrant, pushing with his arms, in the chest area, a gendarmerie located in the public order device. As a result of this aggressive action, the man was drawn to the criminal offense, Ultra, in accordance with the provisions of art.
Realitatea Plus broadcast the images with the detention of the Dacian steward and investigated for the accusation of « disturbing public order », the images being much more disqualifying for the people of the police than for the DAC flag.
Based on the « facts », besides the police molest, the flag was chosen with a judicial control for 60 days and with an prohibition to participate in protests.
We are dealing with a new signal that the joke thickens. The tricolor flag bearer also became part of the campaign to combat any form of protest after the annulment of the elections.
Călin Georgescu (after being excluded from the list of candidates to the second election tour for the presidency) is under judicial control. Those who have been involved or provided his physical protection during the first round are followed with arrest warrant. Bogdan Peșchir was arrested for corrupt the voters (the notion of the helpful police used to catch those who convince others, except for televisions, radios, panels and sites!). According to the motivation of the General Prosecutor’s Office (quoted by the lawyer), we are dealing with an arrest applied to give a signal to the company « who we tolerate and whom we do not tolerate ».
There was also set up a kind of police committee to respect the legislation on the net during the future election campaign. A television show about the coup given by canceling the elections on December 6 was deleted from YouTube. At the door of those who posted Pro-Călin Georgescu knocks the police. Files are drawn up and the research is intensified.
As the day passes, the number of pro-Russian or suspected « extremists » belong to a « state actor » or simply increases and becomes an important segment of the population of Romania.
Don’t be upset, what does that smell?
The answers can be clearly different, depending on where they come.
From Moscow, Brussels or Washington, Cotroceni or SRI!?
