According to the prosecutor, criminal offenses in the new summons include aggravated sexual abuse of a child, aggravated rape, forcing sexual act, sexual abuse of a child, aggravated assault, assault and illegal threat.

Auer has previously applied for his sexual offense conviction, but the KKO rejected the application in 2016.

Auer originally rose to the public accused of murder in Ulvila in 2006, victimized by Auer’s man and the father of the children. In the case, Auer was found innocent in two rounds. He was sentenced to life -long and 2013 in the District Court, but found him innocent in 2011 and 2015.

The Supreme Court did not authorize the prosecutors in 2015, and Auer officially became innocent. The investigation of a homicide has since been transferred from the Southwest Finland Police to the Central Criminal Police.
