Anneli Auer’s sexual offenses case will be heard in the District Court next fall

The Supreme Court (KKO) terminated the duo’s earlier sentence in December last year and returned the matter to the District Court of Southwest Finland for re-examination.
The application for the dismissal of the judgment was based on the fact that three Auer’s children, who had been filed by the crime, have said that their previous reports were not true. According to them, the foster parents pressured and led them to tell the lies.
According to the prosecutor, criminal offenses in the new summons include aggravated sexual abuse of a child, aggravated rape, forcing sexual act, sexual abuse of a child, aggravated assault, assault and illegal threat.
Haze And a former male friend was sentenced to the Turku Court of Appeal in 2013 for years in prison for, among other things, aggravated sexual abuse of a child.
The KKO considered that there were very weighty reasons for the dismissal of the judgment.

They have already completed their imprisonment, but they have wanted to dismantle their widespread sentences for their shame. Auer has previously applied for his sexual offense conviction, but the KKO rejected the application in 2016.
Auer originally rose to the public accused of murder in Ulvila in 2006, victimized by Auer’s man and the father of the children. In the case, Auer was found innocent in two rounds. He was sentenced to life -long and 2013 in the District Court, but found him innocent in 2011 and 2015.
The Supreme Court did not authorize the prosecutors in 2015, and Auer officially became innocent. The investigation of a homicide has since been transferred from the Southwest Finland Police to the Central Criminal Police.
