An old high school student complains about the « watered down » inspection report – Liberation

A former student who denounced a Discrimination after his exclusion in June 2022 of the prestigious Parisian school Stanislas filed a false complaint, targeting the conclusions possibly « Worders » From the inspection report produced within the Parisian private establishment in 2023, AFP learned this source close to the file Monday. The establishment had been placed in the spotlight when the former Minister of Education Amélie Oudéa-Castera had aroused an outcry by explaining in early 2024 that he had educated his three sons there because of the « Hours not seriously replaced » in the public.

Pauline (1), educated between 2013 and 2022 in Stanislas, had already filed a first complaint last July, accusing three former school officials – including her former director – of having excluded him for having expressed his opposition to « Many homophobic, sexist and racist remarks of the management staff of the establishment ».

Friday, May 2, she filed a new complaint against X for false in public writing by a person responsible for public service, an offense liable to fifteen years in criminal imprisonment. A report by the General Inspectorate of Education (IGESR) of July 2023, revealed by Mediapart and consulted by AFP, revealed possible « Drifts » in this establishment.

The IGESR for its part assured that it has not changed the inspection report after its collegial validation, to withdraw or mitigate accusations of homophobia, racism or sexism, in a declaration received on Monday by AFP. « The report transmitted to the ministerial authority corresponds to the version validated by all the inspectors general commissioned, at the end of the rereading », underlined the service.

On April 29, the PS president of the Parliamentary Inquiry Commission on Violence in Schools, Fatiha Keloua Hachi, announced that she was going to audition the four inspectors perpetrator of the report after having notably received the mail from an inspector, now retired, referring to a report « Rather watered down » in its conclusions « Compared to the testimonies collected during this inspection, and especially around homophobia in the establishment ».

Mediapart assured that would have been added to the conclusive mission letter, summarizing the report and disclosed in early 2024 in the media, a discharge mention for the establishment: « At the end of the mission, the team does not confirm the facts of homophobia, sexism and authoritarianism put forward » by the press in the summer of 2022.

After the worlda second inspector, also retired, also sent a letter comparable to deputies on Friday. The commission of inquiry confirmed to AFP having received this new letter.

According to Pauline’s new complaint filed on Friday, these « Modified conclusions » have « Questioned his word » and have « At least slowed down the manifestation of the truth » on the facts denounced in his complaint. “These facts are likely to seriously affect the credibility of the conclusions of the report with regard to serious acts. They accredit complacent administrative treatment towards the establishment at the price of camouflage of the results ”, According to Pauline’s lawyer, Me Vincent Brengarth.

Two associations had already announced in January 2024 that it had filed a first complaint for homophobic discrimination against the private establishment concerning the case of Pauline, which is also the subject of an investigation into remarks of a homophobic and sexist nature of an ex-volunteer intervener, after a report of the IGESR.
