A. Čekuolis is remembered by a former colleague and a fellow Česlovas Juršnas.

« I remember that creative personality, the man of inexhaustible energy and creativity. It is very unfortunate that we have lost him, but his books remained, and I can see everything, and I still suggest reading books now, » said a politician, journalist Č. Juršnas.

« The man lived a fun life, hanging a full spoon, even with a lot of heap. Just to be jealous and all of us lived as he lived. And there was a principled, right person who, when the wind was blown away, turned the sails in a way to blow it correctly, » said journalist Edita Mildažytė.
