All the public on our screens
Gov.gr Wallet « grows » and brings the whole public to the mobile phone screen! At the same time, the Digital Portal of the State, known to everyone Gov.gr, is preparing to « turn the page », as by 2026 it will gradually become a « single digital citizen and business service infrastructure » (CRM). In particular, in April, the Ministry of Digital Governance will present the refurbished and more modern Gov.gr Wallet, which will bring « the whole state to our mobile phone »: from traffic calls, properties that have passed to the land registry and the cleaning of the land and the landlords.
« It will essentially be a super app that will become the key point of interacting with the state with the state. We will all find them at one point on our mobile phone, in an application, « says Digital Governance Minister Dimitris Papastergiou, adding: » The Ministry of Digital Governance is practicing the concept of digital transformation daily, with Gov.gr. It is no coincidence that Gov.gr took second place for the second time among 74 companies and organizations from 11 different sectors in consumer experience. At about a new service a day, Gov.gr has reached 2,173 services. «
At the new gov.gr Wallet the citizen will find everything through Gov.gr and Digital Assistant Maigov, which is the first application of artificial intelligence to the public
Ports

Already, the Gov.gr Wallet has included the location of the citizen, which is the digital mailbox of gov.gr. It is also upgraded in a more user -friendly version, allowing citizens to have direct access from their mobile phone to their documents (responsible statements, authorizations, applications they have submitted to public bodies and answers they have received).
Also, in the Citizen’s port and in the module messages they will now see public administration alerts for significant actions, such as consent to the issuance of a document, the demonstration of a document to a audit authority, as well as the consent on the pumping and the disposal of data to private institutions through Gov.gr. and telecommunications).
It is noted that citizens will be able to receive push notifications in their real -time box, while for the time when a request will still be active they will find the relevant notice in the messages in order to complete the process that requires their consent. In addition, they will receive alerts to new documents posted by bodies or are notified by other citizens in their door.
Next, the 11 digital documents already available on Gov.gr Wallet will be added:
• The property folder. It will include all the properties that have been included in the Land Registry. That is, the details of the property, the CAEK, etc. will appear.
• Professional properties – identities (eg lawyers, doctors, engineers).
• The credentials of sports journalists.
