In a climate of excitement today the 40 -day memorial service was held on Sunday lawyer Alexis Kougia, in the Church of Saint Theodore, within the first cemetery of Athens.
His children, his family, friends and associates, attended the memorial to honor the lawyer.

Alexis Kougias was born and raised in Petersburg while he first studied at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and then at the University of Athens, where he graduated.
He began working as a lawyer in 1974. During his 50 -year lawyer, he participated in more than 25,000 trials, of which about 1,000 were intentional homicide cases.
For the first time, he worked on the spotlight in 1976 as at the age of 25, he took over as a lawyer for the eternal runner of the prison institutions Vangelis Rochami.
Some of the long -awaited criminal laws, Alexis Kougias, were the trial of the Satanists of Pallini and November 17th.
He had taken over the defense of Dalika Dimitris Dola driver, who was involved in the Tempe accident on April 13, 2003, where 21 students from Makrochori were killed.
In December 2008, he assumed the defense of the special guard Epaminondas Korkonea, who assassinated 15 -year -old Alexander Grigoropoulos.
In 2021 he participated as a defense in the trial of actor Dimitris Lignadis, who was accused of rape.
In addition, in 2023 he assumed the case of the death of the three brothers from Patras, defending Roula Pispirigou.
At the same time, he also assumed support cases, such as that of Eleni Topaloudi, who was raped and assassinated in Rhodes, by Alkis Campanos, who was murdered by 12 football fans, as well as the train collision in Tempi, who cost 57 people.
