Albanian justice in focus. Sokol Sadushi presents Albania’s role in the World Congress of Law 2027
During the Congress of this year in the Dominican Republic, the President of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, presented the Albanian experience in the transformation of the judiciary: from reassessing judges and strengthening system independence, embracing technology in the function of transparency, efficiency and access to citizens. He brought to attention important decisions where the Supreme Court has shown a willingness to face new challenges with high professional and constitutional standards.
« The rule of law is not static. It is a living principle that must grow together with society, science and technology.
« The news that Albania will be the host of the World Congress of Law in 2027 is a major event for us and a clear appreciation for the reform journey our country has undertaken in recent years, » Sadushi said in his speech.
