Airbaltic increases the number of flights to Amsterdam from the Baltic capitals
Since March 30, 2025 Airbaltic will increase the frequency of flights to Amsterdam from Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius. Now the airline will operate three daily flights from Riga and two from Tallinn and Vilnius. This expansion will increase the convenience of flights between the Baltic region and the Netherlands, and will also improve access to international areas, the company's press service reports.
According to Airbaltic President Martin Gaus, an increase in the frequency of flights meets the growing demand and strengthens the global availability of the region: “As a leading airline of the Baltic countries, we strive to ensure the best global availability from the region to points around the world. Amsterdam is one of the most popular areas in our network, and, carefully tracking the market trends and needs of passengers, we understand that an increase in flight frequency is a strategically important step for the Baltic region. This extension will also provide passengers with more flight options and attract tourists from around the world to the region. ”
The airline fleet consists of 50 Airbus A220-300, and by 2030 their number will increase to 100. Airbaltic also became the first airline in Europe to offer free Internet SpaceX Starlink on board.
