After most districts are counted in Riga under the leadership of Slesers LPV, but the composition of the City Council fragmented / day
In total, seven lists have entered the council and the votes are expected to be fragmented, so the majority coalition will have to agree on at least three different lists.
Summarizing data for 152 out of a total of 164 districts, the LPV has currently obtained 18.16% of the vote, which would currently give 13 out of 60 mandates in the council.
16.6% of voters voted in favor of « progressive » according to current results, 14.16% of the « National Union » voted, but 12.93% of voters in the current Mayor of Riga Vilnius Cherry. These parties would obtain 11, 10 and 9 mandates accordingly, accordingly.
The common list of « sovereign power » and « » Jaunlatvians « » has so far received 12.17% of the vote, and could be eight mandates respectively. There are two more political forces in the council, the « stability » party, which currently shows 6.94% support, and a « combined list » – 6.29%, which would allow five and four mandates respectively.
Other parties, including « Latvia’s Development », « Harmony », « Honor to serve Riga » and « The List of the Union of Greens and Farmers, have not entered the Riga City Council.
In total, 60 deputies should be elected to the Riga City Council.
