According to Keränen, it is still impossible to say. Summer temperatures are not yet in sight.

Meteorologists talk about the summer when the average daily temperature remains above 10 degrees.

“In practice, the start of the summer is defined afterwards,” says Keränen.

On average, thermal summer begins in the south around May 25th.

Until now, May has been chilly and the average temperature has remained at five degrees.
