The victim, who was interviewed by the correspondents of the daily Klaipeda, said he was going to write a statement to the police and ask that his mother would be responsible for the child’s actions.

The day after the incident, the social educator said she was feeling better, but still felt full body pain.

Today, she will participate in the police station, and a forensic examination will be conducted to find injuries to the woman.

No one stops violence

« This is not the first time he attacks people, only the first when the victim was hospitalized. All this is a consequence of inclusive education. The child is aggressive, uncontrolled behavior, he does so in every lesson. to make the situation very difficult. – said the affected woman.

The social educator said that the child was aggressive on Tuesday, so she came with the assistant to calm the boy.

They took him to a separate office, talked, and called his mother. The boy was already calm, but when he saw his mother, he was rejoiced and began to kick a social educator.

« I went out into the hallway, the assistant was locking the door at the time. I guess that my mother came to his attack on his attack and danced on me. I couldn’t defend himself.

Mom’s position is surprising

She did not hide that his fellow students were repeatedly affected by the aggressive behavior of this child, and officers were invited to school, but every time it all ended with a finding – the boy was too young to punish.

« Mom visits him every month with psychiatrists, prescribed medicines, but we doubt that he has been using them. Mom did not show us a document about son’s illness, but we know that the child visits the psychiatrist every month.

The boy started attending this school last year when he and his mother came from Ukraine.

According to the educator, when problems with the child’s aggressive behavior began, his mother was offered a change of school or organization of his or her training at home, but she categorically disagreed.

It turns out that the school administration repeatedly called the police, wrote statements, but the officers stopped investigating because the perpetrator was still too young.

Mr Pocevičius assured that this time all the circumstances of the incident would be investigated.

The child’s parents should be liable for misconduct for excessively young children, but in each case it is decided separately, depending on whether there are signs of administrative misconduct in the parents’ actions or inaction.

In this case, it will also be viewed whether the mother could have changed the situation that caused the injured teacher.

When investigating the case, officials will wait for assessments from competent authorities.

Gintare Noliūtė, Head of the Klaipėda County Children’s Rights Protection Division of the State Child Rights Protection and Adoption Service, said that child rights defenders are currently conducting the situation and deciding what help for the child and the family would be most effective.
