After 25 years, they found the authors of the census in the image from the guest house. They will meet soon
When in 2017 Małgorzata and Maciej from Wrocław decided to change their current life, their choice fell to the summer town of Dźwirzyno, located on the Baltic seaside. It was there that the marriage was bought by a charming guest house called « White House ». During its renovation, the new owners made an unexpected discovery.
Vacationers left a trail 25 years ago
– As soon as we started renovation, behind one of the paintings pulled from the wall, the husband found an entry, which he later photographed – recalls Małgorzata.
The marriage busy with the renovation for some time forgot about the annotation from behind the image from 25 years ago posted by Agnieszka and Marek and their little son Mateusz from Wrocław.
They returned to the matter only after some time when creating a website on the internet.
– When we launched our Facebook fanpage, my husband came up with that we would try to find a family from behind the picture. At that time, however, we did not have so many observers, so this action did not jam and we forgot about the topic – says the owner of the White House.
It took almost seven years before the owners of the guest house tried to find the authors of the entry again.
All of Poland was looking for former vacationers
– And I decided to create another post and this time it was successful. This post has suffered far and made millions of reach and thanks to this the family from behind the picture was found. – says Małgorzata.
– I got a phone call from Mrs. Agnieszka with the information « Mrs. Małgosia we are », and then Mateusz wrote in the commentary to us – he is happy.
As she managed to determine on the phone, this intriguing entry in 2000 was then made by Mr. Marek. After making contact, both ladies are at the stage of setting a convenient date when they can meet. The meeting will most likely take place in September, when after the season she will have more time to take care of her guests.
They will meet after years
– We are looking forward to this meeting. Starting this action, we didn’t have any expectations related to it. But it came out of this fun, a lot of people got involved and a media action came out of it. In an interview with Agnieszka, I heard that nothing in life is happening by accident and maybe the fact that we found them will bode for the future for a longer knowledge – announces the owner of the White House.
During this conversation, Agnieszka confessed to the fact that she was surprised that after so many years she may be involved in such events. The whole family claims that she was very surprised by it. They received information from friends that they probably write about them and probably looking for them.
