After 12 years it’s over

In September 2023, Matas bought Swedish Kicks Group and thus became the largest player in the Nordic countries in beauty and health.

Matas Group today has about 6 million club members, about 5,000 employees, over 500 stores and market -leading online stores in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

The Board of Directors thanks Lars Vinge Frederiksen for the good cooperation, and announces that they are already well prepared for a change of chair.

Until 2013, Lars Vinge Frederiksen was CEO of Chr. Hansen A/S. He has served on the board of Falck, Rockwool, Widex and English Tate & Lyle and as chairman of the board of Atos Medical AB, Hedorf’s Fund and the Committee for Good Company Management.

Lars Vinge Frederiksen continues his board commitment outside Matas, among other things. as chairman of the Heart Association and chairman of Pai Partners in France.
