AFF discipline with « iron hand », long suspension for Koco Kokedhima


The Discipline Commission, after considering the cases, made the relevant decisions on recent events in Albanian football.

There was no lack of a sentence for the episode in women’s football in the match against Gramsh, as Apollonia President Koco Kokedhima has been suspended for one year of activity.

Discipline and Ethics Commission Decisions of the AFF dated 28.03.2025

1. KF Teuta, pursuant to Article 6/1/a of KDE, is announced that in the event of a recurrence of training sessions at the Niko Dovana stadium premises, where official matches are held, violating Article 38/2 of the Regulation of Activity shall be subject to the disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and Regulations.

  1. KF Egnatia, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing items on the playing field, pursuant to Article 17/2/b of KDE, is punishable by a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
  2. KF Vllaznia, for the misconduct of the spectators, throwing items on the playing field, pursuant to Article 17/2/b of KDE, is punishable by a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
  3. KF Bylis, for not adhering to the obligations and regulations of activity causing delays during the match, based on Articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of KDE, shall be punished by a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.
  4. KF Bylis official, Besnik Kapllanaj, for unstoppable behavior towards match officials and values ​​of the basic rules of good conduct, pursuant to Articles 13/2/a and 14/1/j of KDE, is punishable by 4 (four) matches suspension from activities. Pursuant to Article 6/2/b of KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the dressing rooms and interior facilities of the stadium until the end of the sentence.
  5. FK Apolonia Female, for not taking the necessary measures for the order and security in the match without guaranteeing the security of match officials, pursuant to Articles 8, 17/1 and 17/2/a of KDE, is fined 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL.
  6. FK Apollonia female official, Maringlen Kule, for unstoppable behavior towards match officials, pursuant to Article 14/1/j of KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
  7. FK Apolonia official, Koco Kokedhima, for attack on match officials, pursuant to Article 14/1/l of KDE is punishable by 1 (one) year suspension from activity. Pursuant to Article 6/2/b of KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the dressing rooms and interior facilities of the stadium until the end of the sentence.
  8. FK Apolonia official, Kiri Mundija, for attack on match officials, pursuant to Article 14/1/l of KDE is punishable by 1 (one) year suspension from activity. Pursuant to Article 6/2/b of KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the dressing rooms and interior facilities of the stadium until the end of the sentence.
  9. KF Bylis U-17 women, for abandoning the valuable match of the Abissnet Superior U-17 Championship, against KF Lushnja U-17 female, pursuant to Article 16/1 of KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) leks and loses the match 3-0. According to Article 76/1/d of KDE, the fine should be applied at 5%.
  10. KF Devolli player, Agudelo Gaviria Juan Diego, for provocation of spectators, pursuant to Article 14/1/f, is punishable by 3 (three) matches suspension from the activities.
  11. KF Shkumbini U-19, for abandoning the valuable championship match Second Category U-19, Tirana Regional Zone, against Kamza Sport U-19, pursuant to Article 16/1 of KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) and loses the match 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e KDE, the fine shall be applied at 3%.
  12. KF Turbine U-19, for abandoning the valuable championship match First Category U-19, against the FC U-19 Flamurtari, pursuant to Article 16/1 of KDE, is punishable by a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) leks and loses the match 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e KDE, the fine shall be applied at 3%.
  13. The U-15 Football Academy, pursuant to Article 6/1/a of KDE, is warned that in the event of a repetition of non-organization of the activity, it shall be subject to the disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and Regulations of the AFF.
  14. Acceptance of the request of the official of KF Vllaznia, Arber Shytani, the suspension of the remainder of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of KDE, shall be 6 (six) months.
  15. The overthrow of KF Oriku’s player’s request, Endi Suloj, as unfounded in the code of discipline and ethics.
  16. The overthrow of KF Turbina player’s request, Alojs Vernozi, as unfounded in the code of discipline and ethics.
  17. The overturning of KFF Gramshi’s request as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
