AD, PS and IL campaign actions end early on Saturday
PS Electoral Campaign actions, AD and IL end early on Saturday because of the Benfica-Sporting derby, scheduled for 18h00. The game can be decisive for the title of national football champion.
Relining the possibility of Sporting or Benfica whether they have been champions, PS, AD and liberal initiative scheduled their campaign actions to make the 90 minutes of the derby free.
On the PS side, there are several actions scheduled for Saturday, passing through Santo Tirso, Vila Nova de Famalicão and Bragança, with the rally ending before the start of the game, as it was taken into account the derby in the campaign planning.
AD should end even sooner, and the last initiative should be a lunch in Famalicão. Liberals follow the same path and only have a schedule until lunch time. In the morning, from 11:00 am, the party will be on Santo Amaro de Oeiras beach for a “sports morning”.
The actions marked by Livre will not coincide with the game, as Saturday’s last stop is scheduled for 15h00, with a visit and meeting with Youthcoop in Cacém.
Already the arrival has an agenda that should coincide with the end of the derby between Benfica and Sporting, since the party will start the day with a runaway in Vila Real and then to Viseu, where it has scored a dinner for 20h00, without planned changes.
PAN, CDU and the Left Block chose to be present north of the country during Saturday afternoon, also without changes of plans motivated by the Lisbon derby. The CDU starts in Guimarães and in the afternoon is already in the city of Porto, where it will end the day with a rally at the Campanhã station.
The Left Block will be at the Bouça Residents Association, in Porto, for an action between 16h00 and 20h00. « It has never been planned for Mariana Mortágua to intervene at the time of the game, » the party reveals to Lusa.
And the Pan pulls out of a street action in Lisbon to Paredes, where he will see a women’s handball game at 2:30 pm, heading to Paços de Ferreira, at 16h00, and Porto, at 19h00.
