Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale “Nightingale”, which will be voiced on Sunday, April 13, at the stage of the House of Culture, Rugodiv, the Narva Symphony Orchestra and the actress of the Russian theater Anastasia Tsubin will join the spring choir of bird.

The story of a little gray bird, who conquered the heart of the Chinese emperor and defeated death itself, about true and false art, about the freedom of the artist reflects the magical and philosophical world of the “Danish nightingale”, which the storyteller himself called “creativity in two floors”: “I take fairy tales from my head, grab the idea for the children, remembering that my father and mother are also listening to them and they also listen to them and they also listen to them. You also need to give food for thought! ”

The events of the fairy tale will unfold against the backdrop of a bewitching symphonic score, which adjusts episodes from the ballets of Copland and Stravinsky, Suit Bizet, Ravel and Miyo, symphonic paintings of Malera, Ives, Debussy. The artist Tatyana Sonina will arrange the action of sand animation.

Anastasia Tsubina will perform the storyteller in the upcoming performance, whose theatrical career received a new round after the main role – Kabiria – in the January premiere of the same name by the musical. Anastasia-from the galaxy of the talents of Ida-Virumaa, graduated from Vanalinna Kool and a music school in Sallamyae, a department of classical vocals at the Music School named after G. Oz, since 2011 – in the troupe of the Russian theater.

The fairy tale « Nightingale » with the musical accompaniment of the orchestra was successfully presented in Narva in 2017. A new performing version – Ommage to the Great Fairy Tale, which is 220 years old on April 2 this year.
