Actor of the murdered lawyer Valka after being released from prison: I started a new life

It was the first time after he was conditionally released from punishment last year. Klinka, as a cooperating accused, confessed and described how the murder occurred in November 2010.

On the basis of the guilt and punishment agreement, the court of Klinka for participation in the robbery in January 2020 assessed eight years in prison. When he was conditionally released in September 2024, he set a probationary period of six years, during which he must lead a proper life. Otherwise he will go back for the bars.

At the same time, it must be under the supervision of a probation official for three years, wearing a bracelet for monitoring movement and must not leave the territory of Slovakia.

Klinka in court

At the Bratislava I City Court, Klinka is now facing an indictment for the next two robbery and an attempt to murder. He came to Wednesday’s hearing first. He was lonely on the bench before entering the courtroom and seemed unobtrusive. He wore texas and a black sports shirt with the inscription Trophy (trophy). I couldn’t take pictures.

At present, Klinka is accused that in 2006 he tried to assassinate Jozef Šefranka from the mafia group of Pitovcov. Shooting according to the indictment occurred in a struggle with the drinks in Croatia Grobe. Another group Milan Strnisko returned the shooting and hit the clinic in the shoulder.

In addition, Klinka, according to the indictment in April 2010 in Limbach, where Valko also lived, peeled another house of local spouses. It was a few months before Valka’s death. In July 2011, Klinka allegedly robbed the bank in Ivanka pri Dunaji.

The police detained him in March 2017 at a failed bank robbery in Kremnica. During the investigation he decided to cooperate in the case of Valka’s murder. He chose a former politician and former boss already canceled as a lawyer Special Prosecutor’s Office Daniela Lipšica.

On Wednesday, the court questioned witnesses of the case of a peeled bank in Ivanka pri Dunaji. A former member of SBS testified how he was coming out of the toilet when he saw a disguised man who was aiming the submachine gun at the boss of the branch.

« I called the police and came out of the bank, » he recalled. The police instructed him to take a safe position. He was supposed to watch which direction the robber would escape after leaving the bank.

« He walked past me. I shouted at him! He turned and fired, » the former Esbéeskár said. He added that his danger was not threatened because he covered behind the wall. The disguised man then fled. He said nothing.

Errors in the investigation

Whether it was a clinic, the former guard did not know. The judge suspended the statement of the witness that he had lost a video that captured the robber in action in the police. Witnesses description of the perpetrator could thus be affected by video recording.

A witness who apparently met the perpetrator when he went to the bank also testified on Wednesday. She described how the man started barking a dog who was with her. She described the man in court even after years quite accurately. He was rather slower, had bright blue eyes and short blond hair. He was wearing a sweater worn by Esbéeskári. However, she did not mark the clinic at the police in 2018. She also said in court that she didn’t know him.

The clinic process will continue with the statements of other witnesses. When a verdict could be known, it cannot yet be estimated.

Klinkov’s former accomplice Radič, who faces an indictment of the death of Valka, is still in prison for bank robbery in Smolenice from May 2013.

He roared the bank together with two accomplices in the masks of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Luis de Funés and Václav Klaus. They took more than 86,000 euros. The court assessed the radio for eleven years in prison.

The indictment in the Valka murder case has been in court since May 2020. The process was to be started in September, but Radic’s objection had to be canceled at the last minute.
