Action to improve water supply and water pressure in Skopje, partial interruption will be in several settlements
Early morning (Saturday), Water Supply teams will be involved in an operational plan aimed at improving water supply and water pressure, as well as reducing water losses.
-On May 31, with the start of starting at 00:00, activities are planned for the performance of the main water connection and installation of a needle regulatory valve, for which a plan is prepared to provide for a precise procedure in order to quickly and efficiently complete such a venture. The action is scheduled for starters early in the morning when all teams in the EOC sectors, machinery and plumbing will be at the planned locations. This action is expected to end in less than 15 hours in which most hours are separated for discharge and filling of a national pipeline – said PE Water Supply and Sewerage Skopje.
As stated in the reporting, the water supply will be partial interruption of the water supply will be the settlements of Vizbegovo, Chair, Topansko Pole, Avtokomanda (only high zone), Zelezara and Butel 1.
The action will create conditions for the formation of a circular ring for connecting the two national pipelines in the City of Skopje and the hydraulic conditions in the water supply network are expected to be improved.
