Already the second day on the property of the lost Beata Klimek and her husband in advice (West Pomeranian Voivodeship) the actions of the services are underway. Will they turn out to be a breakthrough for the investigation? This is what both loved ones of a lost woman, as well as all those who follow this mysterious case from the beginning.

On Thursday morning, heavy equipment entered the plot belonging to a man, which digs up the ground. It is probably here that the search will focus today. Services come to the place – informs the local portal Lobez24.

– We hope that today there will be a breakthrough and the matter of the aunt’s disappearance will be clarified – Ola Klimek told « Fakt » on Wednesday.

The Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Szczecin issued for the first time on Wednesday, March 26, an official message regarding activities carried out in connection with the disappearance of Beata Klimek.

« On March 26, 2025, at the request and under the supervision of the prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Szczecin, the investigation of the disappearance of Beata K. with the officers of the Investigation Department – Investigative Provincial Headquarters in the Police in Szczecin on the property in the property in the town advisers, I carried out searches to find objects or traces that can be evidence in the case, » reads.

Later in the message, information on the activities performed on the property of Jan and Beata Klimków was given.

« Search was carried out using technical devices, including georadar and mechanized equipment, enabling invasive earthworks and using specialized police official dogs. Activities were carried out with the participation of an expert from the Genomics and Forensic Genetics Department of the Pomeranian Medical University of Szczecin. »

As reported, the investigation is conducted in the direction of inadvertently causing the death of Beata K., and in the case 60 witnesses have been questioned.

On December 6, 2024, the case was taken over to continue to conduct at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Szczecin. In the course of previous activities in the case, among others, nearly 60 witnesses were questioned, a number of activities were carried out in the form of searches and examination of places and things, 11 provisions were issued to consult expert. In addition, a number of other activities aimed at a comprehensive explanation of the circumstances of the disappearance of Beata K. have been carried out and planned, « it was informed.

As emphasized, « due to the good of the investigation, the prosecutor does not provide information on the planned for further activities and the outcome of the procedural activities carried out so far. »

It is possible that the police actions are related to the study of a variography, to which Agnieszka B., partner Jan Klimek, was recently subjected to. The woman in an interview with « Fakt » admitted that it was a procedural examination at the request of the prosecutor’s office.

– Yes, I underwent a crazy study. I am innocent, why should I not undergo a study? It was a procedural examination at the request of the prosecutor. I was examined as a witness, I do not know the result yet, because I wait about two weeks. Jan’s parents will also be examined in the coming days. We do it so that they give us peace – the police, the prosecutor’s office and it is also about the community – said « Fakt » Agnieszka.

She added that she would give the results of the study to the public opinion as soon as she receives it.

The case of Beata Klimek. A woman’s husband examined with a variograph

At the beginning of March, the husband of Lost Beata Klimek underwent a variographic study. He was persuaded by journalists of the criminal channel, and the examination was private. However, Jan Klimek set a condition – he had the right to decide whether he would allow the results to be made available or not.

The study was conducted on March 7 in Szczecin. Ultimately, Jan Klimek did not agree to publish the results. Why? Because – as he explained in an interview with the criminal channel journalist – the document contains all his sensitive data, even the names of the drugs he takes.

We have a document and I will be honest with you. Mr. Jan answered three questions, the device very clearly recorded his body’s reaction to these questions, to his answers. A variograph is not a device that is to determine someone’s wine. This device is burdened with a certain mistake. It cannot be proof, but it complements the evidence. These reactions were very strong. I can’t say if they were positive or negative. I have an appeal to Mr. Jan. Mr. John, we did a variographical examination, after which you told me straight in the eye: I am innocent, I did nothing. Since we do not want to share these public opinion materials, why will you not give in to the service of services?

– commented the journalist of the criminal channel.

And what does Jan Klimek think about his missing wife?

– I must admit that I was surprised by his decision to undergo a crazy study. Why did he do it? I don’t know, I can only guess. Perhaps he thought he would be able to cheat a variograph. It seems to me that he felt safe, because the study was to be on its conditions, and it probably failed. – says Ola Klimek. – The fact that he has not decided to publish the result is clear to me. I know this man, moreover, we all have already met him enough to know that if the result were beneficial to him, he would boast of all and to him, he would publish it everywhere, he would be active. In the meantime, since he underwent a study, there is silence. Jan disappeared – sums up Beata Klimek’s niece.

At the same time, he draws attention to the events that occurred shortly after the examination of Jan Klimek with a variographic.

– About two or three days after the examination, all four were taken to interrogation, i.e. Jan, his parents and his partner Agnieszka. In general, I have the impression that a lot is going on after this study. Unmarked service cars are constantly driving in advice. I think that the matter of the disappearance of my aunt is approaching the solution and soon we will all find out what happened – sums up Ola Klimek.

« Fakt » repeatedly tried to contact Jan Klimek to ask him for a comment, unfortunately to no avail.

The disappearance of Beata Klimek

The woman’s niece recently published a moving post in social media, in which she reminded the mysterious circumstances of the disappearance of her aunt.

On October 7, 2024, 47-year-old Beata Klimek disappeared in advice. Last time she was seen around 7.30, when after walking the children to the stop she went home, from where she was to go to work in Łobza. She did not appear at 8.00 in the bank, and her car remained on the property

– wrote Ola Klimek, niece of Mrs. Beata.

He adds that on the day of disappearance on the property, the women’s in -laws stayed and Beata’s husband who had been living there for over a year, with whom she was in divorce with a judgment on his wine.
