« In this case, extremely extensive evidence has been carried out, which significantly beyond the evidence carried out in similar cases. The Inspection Services Investigator procured all available evidence that could contribute to clarifying the matter and finding the perpetrator.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the reason for which the case is found is a lack of some factual findings, without which all the essential fragments of the prosecuted act and the offender are not properly proven.
“These lack of factual findings could be supplemented by legal aid, but foreign judicial authorities, despite considerable efforts by the part General Prosecutor’s Office Slovakia, which regularly urges their equipment, have not yet carried out, ”added Kováčová.
