According to penalty thriller, Differdingen celebrates the sixth cup victory in the club’s history
Differdingen made the double perfect. In the final of the Coupe de Luxembourg, the master won 7: 6 in a penalty shootout against F91 Düdelingen after a dramatic game. After 120 minutes it had been 2-2. With the victory on Wednesday evening, Differdingen celebrated the sixth trophy title in his club history.
However, Dudelingen got off to the better start. After eleven minutes, Differdingen had the first good opportunity of the game in the Stade de Luxembourg. But Kevin d’Anzico’s header landed on the crossbar. Not even a minute later, Dudelingen took the lead through Samir Hadji.
