Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said today that the Russian FSB has come to the conclusion of the March 15 events that a categorical conclusion may be reached that the acoustic devices of the Lrad -owned Serbian police have not been used during the protests in downtown Belgrade.

Speaking to the public, Vucic said the official FSB report arrived yesterday and that the report was published on the BIA website shortly before his address.
