The Secretary of State for Employment Policy emphasized that high employment is one of the pillars of the Hungarian economy, which is also reinforced by targeted measures by the government. In order to achieve full employment, as from 2016 every year, from March 28, 2025, it will announce the program of public employment 2025 « . The aim of the program is to ensure that persons with sufficient motivation, qualified, ready -to -work and capable of work do not participate in public employment, but to be located in the private sector. Thanks to the employment allowance, more than 20,000 people have been located in the primary labor market so far. In the framework of the program, the employees in the private sector receive a location benefit before the duration of their public employment relationship.
The sooner the person requesting the benefit exits public employment, the longer the grant is entitled, since the monthly allowance of HUF 45,600 can be determined for the remainder of the public employment relationship. In addition, a public employee who is involved in agricultural seasonal work is also entitled to a employment benefit, the amount of the benefit available on such a title is HUF 2,000 per day.
The program may be submitted by December 31, 2025 to the district (capital district) office of the county or capital government office.
