Accident on the A8: minibus bounces in VW Caddy from Luxembourg
In a serious traffic accident at the Leonberg-West junction on the A8, several people were injured on Sunday afternoon, two of them seriously. According to the police, the accident occurred around 2:40 p.m. in the exit of the junction.
A 74-year-old man lost control of his VW Crafter for an unknown cause. The vehicle subsequently crashed into a VW Caddy VW, which according to RTL from Luxembourg.
Due to the force of the impact, both vehicles were thrown off the road, raced over the green area between the exit and entrance and finally came to a standstill on the entrance to the highway.

In the VW Caddy there were two people aged 70 and 67 who were slightly injured. Several seniors aged 59 to 74 were sitting in the VW Crafter. They were also injured, two of them seriously. All injuries were brought to surrounding hospitals after the first aid.

The scene of the accident was cordoned off. The entrance and entrance of the junction had to be completely blocked for the duration of the accident recording. In addition to several patrol cars, numerous emergency vehicles and emergency services from various fire departments were also used. Both vehicles were towed.
