A woman imprisoned in Gaiki. There is a start date
The case came to light, after at the end of August 2024, the 31-year-old with a broken shoulder went to the Głogów hospital. Then the woman decided to talk about what she experienced. The victim was beaten, starved, humiliated and raped.

The aggrieved 31-year-old and accused Mateusz J. met 2018 on one of the dating sites. The woman then lived in Leszno with her parents two young children.
At the turn of June and July 2020, the 33-year-old proposed Mrs. Małgorzata to live on his farm. The condition was that his parents could not find out. The woman agreed to this proposal. Then her life swapped hell on earth.
Investigators accused the accused that he was holding the victim in inhuman conditions. Beating fists, various types of objects, humiliation, insulting and rape was on the agenda. He also took her access to food and drink.
– Interrogated in the case as a suspect, Mateusz J. did not confess to committing the crime accused of him, claiming that nothing had happened without the consent of the victim. The curatorial interview shows that the suspect in his place of residence, as well as in the circle of loved ones, has a relatively average opinion – informs the reporter of « Fakt » prosecutor Liliana Łukasiewicz, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Legnica.
As our reporter managed to determine, the District Court in Legnica set the date of commencement of the trial for June 25. There are many indications that an application for exclusion will also be submitted due to the good of the victim. This means that the process will take place behind closed doors.
The man is punishable by 5 to 30 years of staying behind bars.
