Ferrari eventually reported everything to the police.
She also pointed out that she had no financial benefit from their relationship, even the last time in Rio de Janeiro came by bus. Ferrari is a mother of two children, and she decided to speak publicly to protect herself and her family. While Payet moved to Brazil for professional reasons, his wife Ludivina and their four children remained living in France. Payet had previously praised his wife publicly for the support he gave him while separated from his family.
Neither the football player nor his club commented on the charges so far. Payet is otherwise known for his successful career in West Ham where Croatian expert Slaven Bilic also trained him in one period. After leaving London, Marseille headed, and one of his highlights was his participation in the 2016 European Championships, where he played a key role in France’s national team and found himself in the ideal team of the tournament.
