The new Audi house is one of the most modern of the group nationwide and has now been opened.

Almost exactly two years ago, the excavators were opened in Eichleitnerstrasse and have made the previous Audi dealership flat from the 1960s. « It was time for customers and employees to create something contemporary, » said Schwaba managing director Michael Agsteiner. The Schwaba in Augsburg is the largest automotive trade group in Germany. It has invested a low double -digit million amount in the new building. One of the most modern Audi car dealerships in Germany was created for this. According to Agsteier, it is only the second according to the new concept of the Ingolstadt group.

But that is not the essential: « With digitization, we create time that we can invest in the analogous work with the customer, » said Agsteiner.

If you want to buy a car, keep your personal contact. Nevertheless, customer behavior has changed. « In the past, a prospect came four or five times until he decided to buy. Today once or twice. He has usually already pre-informed himself on the Internet. » The focus is therefore no longer just at the presentation of the vehicles, but rather creating a suitable atmosphere for further advice. In addition to the café corner and other lounge areas, there is a space available in which the desired model can be displayed in various equipment variants on a large television. Lacquer and upholstery patterns hang on the wall all the way to experience it live.

Schwaba bundled used car business in Gersthofen

80 employees are employed at the location. A total of around 440 people work for the Schwaba. The house has not only realized with the Audi center. The used car business of all locations has been bundled in Gersthofen. According to Agsteiner, between 600 and 800 vehicles of all brands displaced by Schwaba are there.
