It was evening, March 28. Under the well -kept house in Prusice near Trzebnica, the services were swarmed. There was an unimaginable crime inside. The prison guard took his weapon and shot almost the whole family. He left his wife alive. « That she would suffer » – he was to say.

« Gazeta Wyborcza » recreated the course of the tragic evening in Prusice. It is known that at the home of the family It has not been arranged for a long time. The quarrels were commonplace.
The spouses were to divorce. In mid -March the first divorce case took place. 47-year-old wife Adam Sz. She was to stay at home with children. He was bought a flat. He was to move to Easter – reports « Wyborcza ».
Before the tragedy, the wife of a prison guard, who is also a tutor in prison, returned from a several -day trip abroad. She had a break from what was happening at home. Her mother took care of her grandchildren.
Even before the return, according to the findings of « Wyborcza », the 71-year-old alerted her daughter that the son-in-law was fought and drinking. He had a vacation. Earlier he had a farewell party of his friend’s retirement. As the newspaper reports, the man liked to drink.
When the woman arrived at home, the row gained strength. She was afraid of her husband-the 47-year-old friends told the journalist. The woman’s tragic evening called the police. Earlier she did not decide to set up a blue card.
It was after this phone that Adam Sz., As « Wyborcza » unofficially reported, he went for a weapon and began to shoot. He killed his mother -in -law and then ran up the floor to the room where his wife was with the children. He pulled her away from the toddlers and shot her at the terrified daughter and son.

Then he burned to himself. The mother -in -law and daughter died on the spot. The boy survived. He was hospitalized in a serious condition. Adam Sz. He also went to the facility.
After a few days, the death of the 9-year-old’s brain was found. His mother agreed to collect organs. The 51-year-old is still in serious condition but stable. He was charged with a triple murder.

Adam Sz. He had permission for hunting and collector’s weapons. He kept her at home. Not only fear was to divorce. The man, as « Wyborcza » raises, committed numerous betrayals.
The prison guard was to be a valued and exemplary employee. For 17 years. He conducted trainings all over Poland, how to deal with prisoners. This is the result of the official narrative. He had a nice opinion, but others talked about him nervous and aggressive.
He commanded the intervention group of the Prison Service, by the prisoners called « Atanda », which was stationed in the prison at Kleczkowska in Wrocław on a daily basis. It is a unit for special tasks, disciplining disobedient prisoners and suppressing rebellions – explains « Wyborcza ».
Unofficially, the environment speaks of a lack of psychological help, mobbing, unequal treatment. As they say in an interview with « Wyborcza », the guards wanted to work in prison, not to be in it.
Criminologist Paweł Moczydłowski in an interview with « Wyborcza » indicated that the prison is moving away from reality and relations with the outside world are especially important for officers.
This sometimes even takes on the character of obsession. Therefore, parting with a wife, which was even beaten or betrayed, is perceived as the greatest tragedy, because this connector is lost with the outside world
