A tragic series in Rudzienice. Why do they call this ride cursed?
Antoni was a hammer on the railway, his wife worked as a dental help. 11 years ago they met a terrible tragedy. Their son Marcin returned from Iława (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). In a small town of Rudzienice, he collided head -on with an oncoming car. He died on the spot. He was only 34 years old. For parents it was a terrible blow. A few days ago, a tragedy happened again in the family. And in the same place.
A tragedy at a crossing in Rudzienice
Antoni († 78 years old) and his wife Helena L. († 75 years old) rode their Mitsubishi. It is not known how it happened, but the car entered straight under the oncoming passenger train. The marriage had no survival. They died on the spot. The tragedy happened on Friday, March 21 in Rudzienice (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship), exactly in the same place where they lost their beloved son more than a decade ago.
– This passage is a damned place – the inhabitants of the village say « Fakt ». A older man died on him last year. Our neighbors were killed now, and their son 11 years ago – they add a shocked tragedy.
They wonder what could lead to a monstrous accident. – You get down the hill, maybe the brakes in the car have failed and fought under the oncoming train – they wonder.
The son died first, and now the parents
Antoni L. only recently left the hospital. He spent a month in the cardiology ward. Locals are wondering if the cause of the accident could not be its indisposition, maybe some heart attack. – It seems to me that a person after such diseases should have tests or conduct – says one of the villagers. The causes of the tragedy will be explained by the police who dealt with the case.
– It is hard to believe that one family fate experiences so cruelly and the tragedies happened exactly in the same place – say the inhabitants of Rudzienic. – Maybe his son called for them – wonders one of the neighbors of the marriage of L. Antoni and Helena will be buried in the same grave, in which their son Marcin was buried 11 years ago. « They’ll be together, » adds a neighbor.
