A tragic accident in a courier company. The employee is dead
Emergency services were immediately called in – an ambulance, fire brigade unit and a police patrol. Despite the quick intervention, the victim’s life could not be saved.
Warsaw. Fatal accident in the parking lot of the courier company
The incident occurred on Friday, May 30, in the morning, around 7:40, in the magazine of the courier company at Kolejowa Street in Łomianki, in the West Warsaw poviat. According to the accounts of witnesses, the tragedy took place in the parking lot, in front of the magazine building itself.
One of the employees while checking the vehicle was crushed by the truck cabin, which he had previously raised. As a result of the incident, the man died on the spot. Information about the accident was provided by a witness via the contact platform 24.
The police confirm: it was an unfortunate accident
The case was dealt with by the Poviat Police Headquarters in the West Warsaw County. According to previous findings, the tragedy occurred during routine service activities at the truck.
Today at 7:40 we received a notification about an unfortunate accident that occurred in one of the companies in Łomianki. Our findings show that the man was crushed by the cabin of a truck, which he previously lifted. He died as a result of this event

The services explain the circumstances of the accident at the courier company
Investigative activities are still underway at the scene of the accident. The investigation is supervised by the prosecutor’s office, and the National Labor Inspectorate also joined the reasons for the tragedy.
