A touching farewell to the murdered teacher. Mourning continues
The urn with ashes of the teacher murdered on March 19 was rested in the church chapel. It was there that her parents, students and their parents, teachers and friends said goodbye. – Lord God, why? And I think that we will never find the answer to this question, because only God knows the answer-a former student of a 46-year-old Polish teacher said during the sermon.

A terrible death of a teacher from Obrzycka
Ewelina O. was murdered by her former student Paweł Sz. He waited under her house, and when she went to school, he shot a black -schowy pistol twice. It is still unknown what pushed him to this terrible act. He graduated 15 years ago. At Ewelina O. he had positive grades. Later, he took his life on the pavement in front of the house of his former tutor.
– Mrs. Ewelina was a kind, smiling person, she never wanted to do any harm to anyone. I have known Ewelina for 16 years, because when I went to high school in Szamotuły, she was my tutor and taught me Polish. When I was a priest, we also had contact with each other – said priest Marcin clearly moved.
– I remembered one in a special way when she was at my ordination. Finally, she said such words: If something happened to me, remember Marcin to bury me. I laughed and said that I don’t know how many years it would happen, but certainly not so fast. I would never expect it to happen so quickly – he added.

Particularly moved by the death of a beloved Polish teacher were students of the Szamotul « Farmer ». They comforted each other. Tears sailed when one of the students from the class, whose tutor was Ewelina O., read the farewell on behalf of her and her colleagues. – Dear Mrs. Ewelino, we saw each other a few days ago at school, now we are almost everyone here to accompany our tutor in the last way, it’s so hard to believe that you are gone, that we will not be endowed with this calm smile – she said, having hardly preserved calm a student.
– Thank you for your faith and understanding in us. Thank you Ewelinko, let Angels look after you, thank you for being not only a teacher, but a person you could always count on. The memory of you will live in our hearts, you will be in every sun rising over our school. We know that one day we will meet again – she added and at that moment the students released dozens of white heart -shaped balloons into the sky.
Delicacy, tact, sensitivity, empathy – that’s what they said about the murdered teacher
The school headmaster also gave a touching farewell.
– With your existence you have entered each of us. In delicacy, tact, sensitivity, empathy. You explained the world your students through the prism of great literature. You assisted the youth, with your strength of peace, you quenched fires. It is not true that there are no irreplaceable people. We have been feeling a severe void for a week – said the moved Arkadiusz Majer, director of the School Complex No. 2 in Szamotuły, in which Ewelina O. taught for over 20 years – we are waiting for you to go to us in a teacher’s room to joke. It’s so hard to turn to you in one word: say goodbye to Ewelinko – he added.
Ewelina O. was buried in an honorary place in her hometown of Obrzycko. She rested right next to the church where the mass was celebrated during her last road. « Here, so close to the altar will look at all who come to pray to the church, » said the priest during the last farewell to the murdered teacher.
