A total of 22 Macedonian nationals sought help for leaving Israel and returning to the country
A total of 22 people have so far sought assistance to leave Israel and return to Macedonia. These are citizens of Macedonia, as well as members of their closer families, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade informs.
They add that activities are under way for their recent evacuation and transfer to a secure location, where their return to the country will be further organized.
« We say that the diplomatic-consular representative office in Tel Aviv is in constant communication with our citizens, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade is actively working to ensure all the necessary conditions for their safe return, » the MNT said in a statement.
Earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed that according to the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade appeals to all Macedonian nationals located on the territory of Israel and Iran, if they need consular aid, to contact the competent institutions through duty.
At the same time, they appealed to all citizens to refrain from traveling to the countries of this region, until the security situation is improved.

They added that a crisis headquarters was formed within the ministry that continuously monitors the situation and is available 24 hours a day for all needs related, support and assistance.
