A set of applicants is opened in the Narv College
On June 16, applications for applied higher and bachelor’s training at the Narv College of Tartu University begins. Acceptance on the magistracy is already open. You can apply for all levels of training until July 1.
In the Narv College of Tartu University, applicants can choose one of the seven training programs concentrated in two main areas-pedagogy and information technology with entrepreneurship, the press service of the college reports. In this academic year, the new master’s program “Robotics and the Applications of the Science of Data” starts, to which 21 students are planned. This program is suitable for experienced engineers who want to change the direction, and those who take the first steps in the profession. It is focused on practical tasks, smart solutions and cooperation with business.
According to the Director of the College of the Reimand, in recent years, the college has concentrated efforts on the development of pedagogical education and strengthen the direction of IT and entrepreneurship. “The opening of a new curriculum enhances the research potential of the college and helps to expand cooperation with enterprises. In parallel, we continue to modernize the training programs to support the transition to training in Estonian and provide an influx of qualified teachers in the country’s schools, ”Reymand said.
The number of training seats in college is steadily increasing. This year it is planned to accept 302 new students – 43 more than in the past. The growth of interest in training is also confirmed by the fact that in 2025, 192 students will be completed – 73 more than a year earlier.
Reception schedule:
· Applications are accepted from June 16 to July 1. You can also submit documents for the magistracy until July 1.
· Introductory exams and interviews will be held from July 7 to 16.
· The first results of the reception will be announced on July 18, after which the applicants will have two days to confirm training in the SAIS system.
