A new city sculpture appeared on the Ivangorod Promenade
This is a sculpture in the form of a large letter “and”, installed on a turning base. Depending on how the sculpture is deployed, it can be read as Latin “N”. Also on the updated embankment of Ivangorod, a swing is installed, other construction work is continuing.
The design work on the improvement of the public territory “Native Coast” on the Ivangorod coast of Narova should have been completed last fall. However, apparently, they could not be completed on time. The technology is still working on the promenade and landscaping work is underway. The project cost, according to the press, amounted to about 100 million rubles.
At the moment, a new part of the promenade is already covered with tiles, observation platforms and walking areas are organized here. Scams and swings are installed, and now the sculpture has appeared – as we might assume, symbolizing the historical connection of Ivangorod and Narva.
At the same time, as follows from the response to our publication, who received from the Council of Deputies of the municipality, the ability to walk around the promenade of Ivangorodites and guests of the city will not arise earlier than the fall of 2025.
